- Refrain from engaging in harassment, abusive behavior, or posting offensive content. Usernames, profiles, private messages, forum posts, game notes, open games, and club listings are checked for prohibited language and are rejected if that check fails.

- Avoid spamming, sharing malicious links, or using the platform for unlawful activities.

- Respect the rights and privacy of other members.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user who violates these rules.

5. Clubs

If you list a club, or help manage one, you agree that:

- You run the club or have its organisers’ permission to list it. Do not list or impersonate a club you do not run, or claim an unclaimed listing for a club you do not run.

- You keep the listing accurate, including where and when the club meets, and you have the right to use any text, logo or photo you add. Published listings are public and can be seen by anyone.

- You and the club’s organisers, not the Site, are responsible for the club, its venue, and anything that happens at its meetings. Any entry or membership fees shown are for information only; the Site does not take payments for clubs.

- Accounts on the Site remain for people aged 18 or over. A club saying that juniors are welcome at its venue is information for visitors only.

We may mark a club as verified, hide or suspend it, change its web address, or hand it to another member (for example when the organisers ask, or when a listing is reported or breaks these Terms). Members can report a club to us from its page. We may also list a club ourselves as unclaimed, and decide who it is handed to when someone claims it.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

How we collect, use, and share personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it before you register.

- Your profile (including your username, country, game systems, and roughly how far away you are, but not your email address or postcode) is visible to other registered members so they can find players nearby.

- Published club listings, and the members who choose to appear on a club’s public page, can be seen by anyone, including people who are not signed in.

- We use hosting, email, geocoding, and analytics providers to run the Site, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

- The Warhammer Game Finder is a community-driven platform. While we strive to provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of users, the accuracy of club listings, or the outcome of any arranged games, club meetings or events.

- We accept no liability for disputes, damages, or incidents that may occur as a result of interactions facilitated through the Site.

- By using the Site, you agree to take personal responsibility for your own safety and interactions with other members.

8. Intellectual Property

- All original content provided on the Site (excluding content provided by users) remains the property of the Warhammer Game Finder team.
